Each
Sunday at 9:00 we begin
our worship
service,
a celebration of the Eucharist.
Communion is offered every Sunday, to
all
baptized Christians, regardless of church
affiliation.
Singing by the congregation
features piano accompaniment, with
jazz clarinet, saxophone or flute.
We call it
Joyful Jazz.
Sometimes there is organ as well.
Other musicians are always welcome.
Our hymns are selected
from these three hymnals:
The Hymnal 1982,
from Lift Every Voice and Sing II,
and from
Voices Found: Women in the Church's Song.

Most sundays our church has a curriculum in
Religious Education for
our pre-school, elementary and
middle-school students.
And for adult education, Bible Study class
meets almost every week.
People stay after service
for the easy fellowship at a full breakfast,
prepared in our church kitchen.
For visitors, that first breakfast is free.

Joyful Jazz is the wonderful sound that
Laura and Emile DeCosmo bring to our services
every Sunday. It enriches both our traditional and
modern experience of church music.
Barbara Cox plays piano for our small choir
and the congregation.

Fr. Robin Whitlock
celebrates, preaches and prays with the
St. Augustine's family on Pentecost Sunday.
